Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 20 days. We cannot offer you a complete refund or exchange if 20 days have passed since your purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.

Several items are excluded from being returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, for example, cannot be returned. In addition, we do not take intimate or hygienic goods, toxic objects, or flammable substances or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only partial refunds are offered in the following circumstances:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery

Refunds

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at daryll@delightbuys.com

Gifts

If you purchased the item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after the returned item has been received.

If the item was not designated as a gift when purchased, or the gift donor had the product shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and notify them of your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping fees. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

The time it takes for your returned product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning an item that is more expensive, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipment insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
